  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting customer support.
  • A full refund is provided for cancelled orders.

7. Replacement cover (no warranty)

  • These products do not carry a manufacturer or repair warranty.
  • The only cover is a dead-on-arrival replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery, as set out in the Refund & Replacement Policy.
  • Cover does not extend to physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or faults reported after the 7-day window.
  • A short unboxing/fault video is required to process a dead-on-arrival claim.

8. Intellectual property

  • All content on this website (logos, images, text) is owned by ConsoleDotHub.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
  • Game ROMs and emulators are provided for personal backup and preservation purposes.

9. User conduct
