Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. Orders below ₹3,000 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
1. Shipping coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our logistics partners (Shiprocket network), which dispatches through couriers such as:
- Delhivery
- BlueDart
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
2. Delivery timeline
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Most deliveries then arrive within 2 to 5 business days, though times vary by location:

Note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or courier delays.
3. Shipping charges

4. Order processing
- We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once shipped.
5. Payment
Orders are paid securely online via Razorpay:
- UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and no-cost EMI (subject to your bank).
- Your payment is confirmed by Razorpay before your order is dispatched.
- For a cash-on-delivery request, message us on WhatsApp — availability depends on your pin code.
6. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email.
- Track your order on the courier partner's website.
- Contact us on WhatsApp for real-time updates.
7. Delivery attempts
- Our logistics partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If undelivered after 3 attempts, the order is returned to us.
- Return shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or unavailability.
8. Delivery issues
If you face any delivery issues:

- We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue.
