Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. Orders below ₹3,000 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

1. Shipping coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our logistics partners (Shiprocket network), which dispatches through couriers such as:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express

2. Delivery timeline

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Most deliveries then arrive within 2 to 5 business days, though times vary by location:

Tier 1 and 2 cities 3 to 5 business days
Other areas 5 to 7 business days
Remote areas (North East, J&K, etc.) 7 to 10 business days

Note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping charges

4. Order processing

  • We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the next business day.
  • You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once shipped.

5. Payment

Orders are paid securely online via Razorpay:

  • UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and no-cost EMI (subject to your bank).
  • Your payment is confirmed by Razorpay before your order is dispatched.
  • For a cash-on-delivery request, message us on WhatsApp — availability depends on your pin code.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email.
  • Track your order on the courier partner's website.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp for real-time updates.

7. Delivery attempts

  • Our logistics partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If undelivered after 3 attempts, the order is returned to us.
  • Return shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or unavailability.

8. Delivery issues

If you face any delivery issues:

  • Contact us immediately on WhatsApp: +91 76007 28572.
  • Keep your tracking number handy.
  • We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue.
