Refund & Replacement Policy

We're a small team importing and reselling retro gaming devices in India. We want you to buy with confidence, so here is exactly what we cover — clearly, with no hidden fine print. Please read this before you order.
1. What's covered — dead on arrival (DOA)
If your device arrives dead or faulty out of the box — it won't power on, won't charge, or has a clear hardware defect — report it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free, or refund you in full. The window starts from the delivery date in your tracking.
2. What's NOT covered
- No change-of-mind returns. Because these are imported electronics, we can't accept returns simply because you changed your mind or no longer want it.
- No long-term warranty. There is no manufacturer or repair warranty beyond the 7-day dead-on-arrival window above.
- Damage from drops, liquid, misuse, or opening/modifying the device.
- Normal wear, battery ageing, or issues reported after the 7-day window.
3. How to claim a DOA replacement
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 76007 28572 (fastest) or email support@consoledothub.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and a short unboxing/fault video or photos showing the issue.
- Once we confirm the fault, we arrange a free pickup and send a replacement, or refund you — your choice.
4. Refund method & timeline
- Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via UPI to your registered number or bank transfer (NEFT).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and verifying the device.
5. Damaged in transit
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos/video of the packaging and product, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
6. Wrong item shipped
If we ship the wrong product, we'll collect it and send the correct one at no cost to you.
