Set up your retro handheld in 5 minutes

ConsoleDotHub guide

Your handheld arrives ready to play. Here’s how to get going in a few minutes.

Charge it first

Plug in the included USB-C (or USB) cable and give it 30–60 minutes before the first long session. A full charge takes a couple of hours.

Power on and pick a system

Hold the power button until the menu appears. Browse by console — NES, SNES, GBA and more — using the D-pad, and press the confirm button to launch a game.

Save and resume anywhere

Use the in-game menu (usually a button combo shown on screen) to save state at any point and pick up exactly where you left off.

Play on the TV (if supported)

If your model has TV out, connect the cable or dock to an HDMI port, switch the TV to that input, and play on the big screen.
